Vouchers Distributed 9 until noon

We will distribute vouchers Tuesday through Saturday from 9 am until 12 noon. If we run out of vouchers for the month we will update this page and Facebook. Please check the website, Facebook or call the office before you come.

In order to qualify for the Access to Care Program

To be eligible, you must be on Medicaid, WIC, SNAP or disability or are considered to be at or under 250% of the federal poverty level. Residents can prove their eligibility by bringing in tax returns from the previous year, pay stubs or a letter of award from Medicaid or Disability.

They must live in one of the following zip codes: 36541 • 36509  •  36523  •  36544  •  36568  •  36582   •  36590. To prove residency in one of these zip codes they can bring in a current driver’s license or utility bill.
