Cruelty to animals is not only inhumane, it is illegal. The Mobile SPCA helps educate people about the laws regarding cruelty to animals. We have been instrumental in the seizure of wantonly abused animals and the prosecution and conviction of their owners.
Complaints of all animal neglect, abuse and cruelty must first be directed to your local animal shelter. This includes dogs, cats, exotics and livestock. If the shelter does not take action in a timely manner please call the Mobile SPCA and we will contact the shelter, too.
