Need City of Mobile Animals Services Help? Call 311

July 27, 2022 By MSPCA Staff Leave a Comment

If you need help with an animal within the city limits, you need to call 311 or 251-208-5311 or make an online report using www.cityofmobile.org/311. This is the system that the city uses to track problems and dispatch animal control officers to investigate. This way, the City has information stored and tracked when they are having an issue in an area, so they know what the history and problems are at a location when they respond. When you call you will get an incident number. Make sure you leave your name, phone number and email so the city can follow up if they have questions. Make sure you leave a detailed description of the situation. Using the online system, you can add photos to help them identify the animals causing issues.

Please be aware that the City, like every other rescue and shelter in our area, is packed already so please be patient.

My name is Bernice and I am ready for my forever home. I am up to date on my vaccines and I have been spayed. I also have a microchip. My puppies have all found homes and now it is my turn to find a great home. My personality traits are Loyal, Affectionate, Friendly, Loves kisses!

If you are interested in adopting Bernice or another a great Mobile SPCA cat or dog, call the Mobile SPCA at (251) 633-3531 or click here.  You will need to fill out an online application, so get started! Once we get your application we will review it and get back in touch with you and set up an appointment for you to come in. Like the rest of the world, we, too, are short staffed so please do not come by the office without an appointment. We want to make sure we have someone in the office to take care of you quickly.

The Mobile SPCA would like to thank WKRG News 5 and Port City Pups for sponsoring our WKRG News 5 Pet of the Week segment.
